Replacement parts services
Replacement parts are shipped out within the next business day to the retail merchants, merchandising teams, or direct to the customer. Parts are wrapped and boxed for shipment to prevent damage during transit. A packing slip is included in every shipment to let the customer know exactly the contents of his order.

Parts support for import programs
MSG Services offers parts warehousing for import products. We unload the containers and place the replacement parts within our warehousing system, efficiently "located" for ease of "picking" and shipping.

Lower returns of your products to the retailer

Parts Sales
If the parts request by the customer is for an out of warranty part, we can sell and ship the part to the customer. These revenues would be rebated back to you on an agreed upon basis.
